It’s been awhile since we’ve given you an update, so there’s a lot to catch up on. Let’s jump right in!
Line up Changes
First up is to introduce the world to our new lead guitarist; Eudes Giovanni Hernandez. We posted a few weeks ago that Dennis is moving on and we were starting the search for a new guitarist. Lucky for us, we crossed paths with Gio in short order and couldn’t be happier!
Gio brings a world of influences and experience – literally – as you can see from his full bio below. His style, tones, and sensibility are melding right in with the rest of the crew. We are very excited to see how our sound will develop with his unique talents.
Show time!
We are starting to book shows now that album production is coming to a close (more about that in a bit). Your first chance to see Gio and the rest of the gang will be at one of our favorite venues – Jammin Java in Vienna, Virginia.
We’re headlining a full night of music on November 26th as part of the @JamnJavaDoorGal’s LOCAL SCENE. Show starts at 7:00pm where we’ll be joined by Sam Grow, The 27s, Liberty Empire, and Simone & the Spectrum. Entry is $13 night of the show, but you can buy advance tickets for just $10!
We can’t wait to share new songs, as well as play some of your favorites! Look out for details on the new album in a few days. Subscribe to the mailing list to make sure you don’t miss a beat!
A bit more about Gio
Eudes Giovanni is a musician, composer, and singer born in San Juan, Puerto Rico where he started singing and playing guitar at the age of 12. His playing style is defined by his exposure to different cultural and world experiences. It includes genres as Latin, Lounge, Bossa Nova, Flamenco, Tango, Reggae, Hip Hop, Jazz, Funk, Nu-Metal, Electronica, Nueva Trova, R&B, Soul and Classical music.
He started playing in different festivals and local venues in Puerto Rico. From there it escalated to local radio stations and local musical scene TV shows and networks like MTV Puerto Rico.
